REMANUFACTURED BOSE SPEAKERS FOR

OUT-OF-WARRANTY REPAIRS

APPLIED VEHICLE: All equipped with Bose systems

SERVICE INFORMATION

Infiniti and Clarion are working together to help keep down the cost of repairing Bose speakers after the customer's vehicle warranty expires.
Remanufactured Bose speakers are available as exchange units to replace out-of-warranty speakers instead of installing new ones. This is a cost effective
alternative and should be explained to all customers requiring out-of-warranty speaker repairs.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

If a Bose speaker requires replacement in a customer vehicle and the warranty has expired, please offer the customer the following option:

1.

Remove the speaker as an assembly. The entire speaker enclosure must be intact for a valid exchange.

2.

Send the speaker assembly and a check or money order made out to Clarion Corporation of America to:

The cost is $85.00 per assembly

3.

Clarion will send an exchange (remanufactured) unit to the dealer. The incident speaker assembly will be forwarded to Bose for
repair/remanufacture.

4.

Install the remanufactured speaker assembly.
