Remove the A/C evaporator assembly as shown in Figure 2.

Remove the lower cover of the blower case assembly. For ease of removal, dismount the ECM (do not disconnect the harness) and related
mounting hardware.

Replace the blower motor and fan assembly using countermeasure PIN 27220-10Y60. Ensure all debris is removed from the inside of the blower
case.

7.

Reinstall the lower cover of the blower case assembly.

8.

Replace the evaporator. Ensure that all debris is removed from the evaporator case.

9.

Reinstall the evaporator.

10.

Reinstall the glove box assembly and lower instrument cover.

11.

Evacuate and recharge the NC system to 1.54 - 1.76 lb. (0.70 - 0.80 Kg).

12.

Perform an NC performance test to ensure proper operation.
