SERVICE INFORMATION

During the winter season customers may desire enhanced ice and snow traction performance beyond that of original equipment All-Season tires.
Customers that have installed Mud & Snow (M+S) tires for this purpose may be dissatisfied with the amount of noise and harshness that can be typical
with this tire type. Newer technology snow tires have been developed with improved noise and harshness characteristics.

Bridgestone "Blizzak" Ice and Snow Tires have been evaluated on Q45 and J30 models and have been found to provide good traction on ice and snow
with lower noise levels when compared to many other M+S tires.

Snow tires in general perform differently than original equipment tires. Infiniti requests that you make sure the customer clearly understands the
following precautions before tire purchase, installation and use on Infiniti products.

Installation Precautions

"Blizzak" Ice and Snow Tires should be used during the winter months only. They should not be used year-round.

"Blizzak" Ice and Snow Tires should be installed as a set on all four wheels. Do not install these tires on the rear wheels only.

Due to the high traction multi-cell outer tread compound, "Blizzak" Ice and Snow Tires wear more quickly than the original equipment tires installed on
Infiniti products and should last for approximately two winter seasons. Increased tire rotation frequency is recommended when installed. After the tread
is worn 50% (tread even with 50% wear indicators in the shoulder area), the outer multi-cell compound is worn out and the ice and snow capabilities
become noticeably reduced.

As with all snow tires, "Blizzak" Ice and Snow Tires have a lower speed rating (Q) and will not provide the same level of grip and steering response on
dry or wet surfaces as the original equipment tires on Infiniti products. As a result, these tires should only be used at normal highway speeds and under
normal (non-performance) driving conditions. Never exceed the maximum speed rating of the tire.

On vehicles so equipped, customers may notice some increase in traction control system activation on dry and wet roads with "Blizzak" Ice and Snow 
Tires installed.

All conventional tire installation, operation and maintenance precautions not specifically mentioned above (such as inflation pressure, load, alignment,
etc.) also apply to "Blizzak" Ice and Snow Tires.

Always follow all instructions provided by Bridgestone.

PARTS INFORMATION

The illustrated "Blizzak" Ice and Snow Tires apply when used with the original equipment wheels for the Infiniti models specified below and can be
ordered through your local Bridgestone retailer.

"Blizzak" Ice and Snow Tires are not sold or warranted by Infiniti. "Blizzak" Ice and Snow Tires are sold, serviced and warranted directly through
Bridgestone dealers. DO NOT submit Tire Warranty claims for "Blizzak" Ice and Snow Tires.
