Wheel Speed Sensor: Service and Repair
Toothed Ring

REMOVAL

1. Remove the front wheel hub or final drive companion flange, refer to Transmission and Drivetrain.
2. Remove the sensor rotor (toothed ring) using suitable puller, drift and bearing replacer.

INSTALLATION

Install the sensor rotor using suitable drift and press, noting the following:

Always replace sensor rotor (toothed ring) with new one.

Pay attention to the direction of front sensor rotor (toothed ring) as shown in figure.
