Check the Lot Number on the back side of the multifunction switch.

Replace the multifunction switch if the Lot Number is within this range: 7G12 to 7G25

If the Lot Number is not in the range above, reinstall the switch; Do not replace.

NOTE:

If the multifunction switch is replaced, render the old one unusable by drilling a hole in the face.
