SUNSHADE WILL NOT OPEN OR CLOSE PROPERLY

APPLIED VEHICLES: 2007 - 2008 M35/45 (Y50)

IF YOU CONFIRM

The sunshade binds up on the sunroof frame causing it to not open or close properly.

ACTION

Replace the sunshade.

^ Refer to Sunroof in the RF section of the Electronic Service Manual for removal and installation.

NOTE:

^ There is no need to remove the sunroof.

^ Do Not replace the entire sunroof for this incident, should it occur.
