Apply silicone lubricant to the newly created gaps. Refer to the Service Procedure for details.

You do NOT have to remove the entire Headliner to perform this procedure.

The following procedure shows you how to repair the LH side (driver's side) of the Sunroof Frame. The same procedure applies to the RH side
(passenger's side) of the Sunroof Frame.

Use suitable covers to protect upholstery carpet trim etc. when performing this procedure.
1.
From the driver's seat: Open the Sunroof Sunshade and Sunroof Glass.
2.
Remove the two Screws that secure the Driver's Grab Handle as follows:
