NOTE:

INTRODUCTION

The Intelligent Cruise Control (ICC) system installed on some M35/45 models may not work as described in the owner's manual when operating in the
Vehicle-to-Vehicle Distance Control Mode. When the detection sensor gets dirty the ICC will not turn off as intended and the chime and blinking system
display does not operate as described.

To ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction Infiniti is conducting a Voluntary Service Campaign to reprogram the ICC control module to
operate as specified in the owner's manual.

IDENTIFICATION NUMBER

Infiniti has assigned identification number P6207 to this campaign. This number must appear on all communications and documentation of any nature
dealing with this Campaign.

NUMBER OF VEHICLES POTENTIALLY AFFECTED

The number of vehicles potentially affected is approximately 14,150.

DEALER RESPONSIBILITY

It is the Infiniti dealers responsibility to check Infiniti Net for the campaign status on each vehicle falling within the range of this Voluntary Service
Campaign (P6207) that enters the service department. This includes vehicles purchased from private parties or presented by transient (tourist) owners
and vehicles in an Infiniti dealer's inventory.

NOTE:

This campaign can be performed by Infiniti dealers only.
