Connect CONSULT-II to the ICC reprogramming cable using the DLC-II cable with black Converter Box (see Figure 14).

VERY IMPORTANT:

Make sure the ICC reprogramming cable is tightly connected to the vehicle harness and the ICC control unit (Refer back to Figure 13).

Make sure the DLC-II is pushed in straight and fully plugged in to the ICC reprogramming cable.
