Hood Latch: Service and Repair

Removal and Installation of Hood Lock Control

REMOVAL

1. Remove the front grill.
2. Remove the fender protector.

3. Disconnect hood lock switch harness connector.

4. Remove the hood lock assembly mounting bolts.
5. Disconnect the hood lock cable from the hood lock, and clip it from the hood ledge.
