SERVICE INFORMATION

If a customer complains that the glove box lid is hard to close and it takes several attempts to close it, the glove box striker may have been incorrectly
adjusted.

Follow the Service Procedure in this bulletin to properly adjust the striker, if this incident should occur.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

1.

Open and close the glove box lid several times to verify if it is hard to close (Figure 1).

2.

Remove striker from glove box lid (Figure 2).
