Pull the arm out ot the bracket (see Figure 6).

15.

Remove the bracket from the cable (see Figure 7).

16.

Install the NEW bracket on the existing cable.

17.

Re-insert the arm into the new bracket.

18.

Install the NEW bushing though the bracket/arm hole, making sure of the following:

The bushing remains straight up and down in the hole (i.e., not cocked to one side) Each end of the bushing is flush with the and lower surface of the
bracket.
