Disconnect the 7 connectors of seat wire harness. Disconnect tie clips holding wiring harness to seat frame (see Figure 19).

CAUTION:

Mark the location of each wiring harness holding clip BEFORE removal.

Disassemble front bar, control unit assembly and front seat lifter link bracket assembly from seat frame by unfastening 4 nuts (see Figure 23).

Install the new front seat lifter assembly listed in the Parts Information to seat frame (see Figure 24).
