Re-assemble all parts in the reverse order of disassembly.

HINT:

For easy assembly of seat pan to seat frame, follow recommended procedure:

A.

Loosely install 2 front nuts. (see Figure 25)

B.

Invert and push down on seat frame. While pushing down on seat pan, tie the seat cushion to seat frame with a plastic tie to temporarily hold
them together. Then, connect all the wiring harness connectors and clips back into places you marked in step 17 (see Figure 26).

C.

Install 2 rear nuts to seat frame (see Figure 25 above).

D.

Tighten front and rear nuts.

NOTE:

Refer to Service Manual page SE-110 for tightening torque of all fasteners.

Re-connect battery cable and re-set radio pre-sets.

25.

Check all functions of the seat and switch knobs to ensure the seat operates correctly.

26.

Test drive vehicle again to confirm if incident has been resolved.
