Radiator Cooling Fan Motor: Service and Repair
Removal and Installation

COOLING FAN & MOTOR

REMOVAL 

1. Remove air duct and air cleaner case.
2. Remove undercover with power tool.
3. Drain coolant.

CAUTION: Perform when the engine is cold.

Never remove the radiator cap when the engine is hot. Serious burns could occur from high pressure fluid escaping from the radiator.

4. Remove battery.
5. Remove the vacuum tank from the front of the engine.
6. Disconnect the radiator hoses (upper/lower).
