Drive Belt Tensioner: Service and Repair

DRIVE BELT AUTO TENSIONER & IDLER PULLEY

REMOVAL 

1. Remove air duct (inlet) and engine under cover (with power tool).
2. Remove drive belts.

Keep tensioner pulley arm locked after belt is removed.

3. Remove auto tensioner and idler pulley with power tool.

Keep tensioner pulley arm locked to install or remove auto tensioner.

INSTALLATION 
Install in the reverse order of removal.
