Turn Signal Bulb: Service and Repair

Bulb Replacement

FRONT TURN SIGNAL LAMP (USA/CANADA)

1. Turn the lighting switch OFF.
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable or remove the power fuse.
3. Disconnect the headlamp connector.
4. Remove the mass airflow sensor cover and the air cleaner assembly (when replacing LH bulb). Refer to"Removal and Installation" in "ENGINE

MECHANICAL (EM)".

5. Remove the battery cover and the battery (when replacing RH bulb). Refer to "Removal and Installation" in "STARTING AND CHARGING

SYSTEM (SC)".

6. Turn the bulb socket counterclockwise and unlock it.
7. Remove the bulb from its socket.

Front turn signal lamp : 12 V 27 W (amber)

CAUTION:  After installing the bulb, be sure to install the plastic cap and the bulb socket securely to ensure water-tightness.

REAR TURN SIGNAL LAMP

Refer to "REAR COMBINATION LAMP" in "PARKING, LICENSE PLATE AND TAIL LAMPS".

REAR COMBINATION LAMP

1. Open the trunk and remove the trunk side finisher. Refer to "TRUNK ROOM TRIM and TRUNK LID FINISHER".
2. Turn the bulb socket counterclockwise and unlock it.
3. Remove the bulb.

Stop/Tail lamp (outer-inner side) : 12 V 21/5 W
Rear turn signal lamp : 12 V 21 W
Back-up lamp : 12 V 18 W
