cluster (cluster lid C) and gently pry out on the center ventilator grille cluster (see Figure 16).

12.

Disconnect the two center cluster connectors (white) located on the back of the center ventilator grille cluster, and remove the center grille cluster
(see Figure 11 and Figure 17 ).

13.

Remove the left center ventilator grille and install the replacement left center ventilator grille (see Figure 11 and Figure 17 )

14.

Reconnect the two center cluster connectors and reinstall the center ventilator grille cluster.

15.

Reinstall the left-hand security light finisher.

NOTE: 

When reinstalling this finisher, ensure that the security light wires are tucked back into the hole from which you removed them (on the left side and
not into the compartment to the right of the hole). See Figure 18A for correct wire insertion and 18B for incorrect wire insertion.

16.

Reinstall the right-hand Infiniti emblem finisher.

17.

Reinstall the glove box upper woodgrain instrument finisher removed in step 3A in the Evaporator Seal Application procedure.

18.

Proceed to Engine Compartment - A/C System Parts Replacement.

Engine Compartment - A/C System Parts Replacement

NOTE:

Verify that A/C System Lubricant Return Operation was completed as shown.

1.

Remove all four engine compartment covers.

CAUTION:

It is essential that all lubricating oil recovered during A/C system evacuation is accurately measured. Make sure that your recovery machine is
completely drained of all previously recovered oil before starting Evacuation step 2, below.
