Replace the Idler pulley and Idler pulley bracket (see figure 1).

The Idler pulley assembly and Idler pulley bracket MUST be replaced as a set (see the Parts Information in this bulletin).

See the Service Manual, page EM-12, 13, and 14 for removal and installation procedures of the drive belts and idler pulley.
3.
Inspect the Alternator belt for damage (replace only if necessary).
4.
Reinstall any parts removed. Confirm incident is resolved.
