Power Steering Pump: Service and Repair
Removal and Installation

REMOVAL 

1. Remove battery and radiator reservoir tank from the vehicle.
2. Drain power steering fluid.
3. Loosen adjusting screw and bolts for oil pump attaching bracket and remove belt.
4. Remove oil pump union bolt and hose.
5. Remove oil pump bolts and oil pump attaching bracket.
6. Remove oil pump from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION 

Paying attention to the following items, install in the reverse order of removal.

After installation, adjust belt tension.

After installation, bleed the circuit.
