Verify the vehicle has electronically controlled suspension by locating and confirming it has an actuator assembly (see Figure 1).

Verify the noise and determine it it is coming from the front right, left, or both sides by bouncing the front end of the vehicle to move/compress the
suspension.

Install replacement front spring assembly(blies) on the front right, left, or both sides of the vehicle (based on what you find in step 3 above.). See
the PARTS INFORMATION section of this bulletin for detail.

illustration of the spring layout.

Repeat step 3 to verify the noise is gone.
