1.

Disconnect throttle sensor harness connector.

2.

Measure resistance between terminals B and C, Fig. 211.

3.

Check resistance as follows:
a. Accelerator pedal completely released, resistance should be approximately 700 ohms.
b. Accelerator pedal partially released, resistance should be 700-5000 ohms.
c. Accelerator pedal completely depressed, resistance should be approximately 5000 ohms.
