1991-92 Q45 AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FIELD SERVICE ACTION

This amended version of ITB95-025 presents new information concerning the Applied V.I.N. range. Please refer to the previously-issued Bulletin
[ITB92-O39a], dated January 13, 1994, for Field Service Action Work Procedures and Claims Information. Please discard ITB92-039b, ITB95-O25 and
use this Bulletin along with ITB92-O39a to perform the Field Service Action.

FIELD SERVICE ACTION SUMMARY

Infiniti closely monitors in-use vehicles for long term durability and to identify areas for improvement. Infiniti has determined that the filtration and
cooling systems of all 1991 and some 1992 Q45 automatic transmissions may be insufficient for optimum transmission durability. The transmission will
be inspected to make sure that it is functioning to its original specification. In addition, the installation of the required cooler, filter, and related
inspection will be done without charge to owners.

SERVICE INFORMATION

All affected Q45 models should be inspected for transmission driveability and A/T fluid contamination. Vehicles with transmission damage will be
repaired. All affected Q45's will be fitted with cooler and filter kits. All applied vehicles will have the limited warranty extended on the transmission
assembly to 7 yrs./100,000 miles.

OWNER NOTICE

Infiniti will begin notifying all principal drivers of record and registered owners of record, by mail, about this expanded Field Service Action in 6-8
weeks. Dealers will be advised of the exact mailing date via an INFINITINET message.
