Parking Brake Cable: Service and Repair

REPLACEMENT

Refer to the illustration for replacement.

NOTE:  Parking brake cables can be removed without removing the pedal assembly. In order to remove front cable, it is necessary to remove the center
console.

The figure shows how front and release cables are connected to the pedal assembly. 
In order to remove the pedal assembly, it is necessary to remove the instrument panel assembly and air duct.
