Camshaft Gear/Sprocket: Testing and Inspection
1. Install sprocket on camshaft.
2. Measure camshaft sprocket runout. The runout (total indicator reading) is less than 0.25 mm (0.0098 inch).
3. If it exceeds the limit, replace camshaft sprocket.
