Inspect the fuel filler tube in the area shown in Figure 3.

Use a mirror and light as needed to inspect all around the tube.

Inspect fuel filler tube powder coating for separation bubbles flaking and/or rust corrosion.

See Figure 4 below for example of an OK condition.
