Submit a separate Primary Failed Part (PP) line claim for each component replaced using the claims coding table.

Service Procedure

NOTE: 

Review the DVD Mobile Entertainment System Owner's Manual that was supplied with each new DVD Mobile Entertainment System
installation. This will lead to quick isolation of incidents, as well as knowledge of when the system is operating as designed.

DVD Mobile Entertainment System Function Test

NOTE: 

Perform the entire test. If any component does not function as shown, refer to the DVD Mobile Entertainment System Diagnostic Flow Charts.

Turn vehicle ignition switch to the "ACC" position. Confirm the DVD unit turns on (eject button should light up).
