Use a plastic trim tool* to remove the 2 front power seat switch adjuster buttons.

Plastic Trim Tool Set J-46534 (an essential tool") is available from TECH-MATE at 1-800-662-2001.

Remove the adjustment switch trim.

Snap it loose releasing 4 locking tabs.

Use a plastic trim tool.
CAUTION:
Don't damage the trim or the seat material during removal.

On the back side of the switch trim scuff around the outer edge using a 3M Scotch-Bright(TM) pad or equivalent.
