Remove the BCM.

Use a 10 mm socket to remove the 3 bolts.

NOTE: 

1 bolt is located on the left side of the BCM (see Figure 4). The other 2 bolts are on the lower right side of the BCM.

Using a 12 mm deep socket remove the 3 nuts that hold the gas pedal assembly in place (see Figure 5). Move the assembly to the side.

11.

Remove the audio amplifier (if equipped).
