From under the seat remove the bolt shown in Figure 1.

This is a seat cushion to seat frame attaching bolt.
b.
Remove the screws holding the side finisher and remove the side finisher.

With the bolt show in Figure 1 removed you can lift the seat cushion to access one of the side finisher screws.
