Do NOT apply heat for more than about 40 seconds.

Do NOT overheat the connector or wires (i.e. severe darkening of connector sleeve or wire insulation).

After soldering the wires feed them back into the corrugated tubing "split opening".

Be careful not to pinch the wires.

Adjust the corrugated tubing on the harness so the distance from the first clip on the harness to the center of the buckle mounting hole is
approximately 270 mm (10.5 inches).

13.

Apply vinyl tape from the first clip to approximately 50 mm (2 inches) beyond the end of the corrugated tubing as shown in Figure 9.

IMPORTANT:

Make sure tape is applied approximately 50 mm (2 inches) beyond the end of the corrugated tubing.
