INFINITI SATELLITE RADIO DIAGNOSTIC INFORMATION

APPLIED VEHICLES: 
All 2003 Infiniti Vehicles and later - equipped with XM(R) or SIRIUS(TM) Satellite Radio Receiver and Service

IF YOU CONFIRM:

A satellite (SAT) radio related incident has occurred on an Infiniti vehicle factory equipped with SAT radio.

ACTIONS:

First, refer to Chart A for a list of Infiniti vehicles that are pre-wired for SAT radio.

Second, refer to the Service Information section in this bulletin.

The Audio unit, SAT receiver, and Satellite Service may be OK.

Third, refer to the Service Procedure section shown in this bulletin.

The Service Procedure section contains a Diagnostic Flowchart. It will provide Symptoms and Possible Causes to help you judge the SAT radio
condition.
