IF YOU CONFIRM

The front center console cup holder lid will not open and/or close correctly,

ACTIONS

1.

Remove the All finisher (with cup holder).

2.

Replace the cup holder assembly per the Service Procedure in this bulletin.

NOTE: 

Do not replace the entire All finisher for this incident.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

1.

Remove the All shift finisher.

Refer to section IP in the Electronic Service Manual (ESM) for All finisher removal information.

2.

Set the finisher upside down on a clean soft working surface.
