Armada: 0.05 mm (0.002 in) maximum runout.

Titan: 0.07 mm (0.003 in) maximum runout.

NOTE:

For Titan; push in constantly on the rotor/axle while checking the runout. This will keep the floating axle in the same place. If the axle is
allowed to move (in and out) while checking the runout it will create a false reading.

Install the new rear brake pad kit.

The new rear brake pad kit is listed in the Parts Information.

You'll be reinstalling the old brake calipers.

After installation of the Knuckle Slides apply a light coat of Molykote(R) M77 grease-P/N 44003-7S000-to both of them.

Make sure to install the outer pad with the spring facing UP (see Figure 13).

Refer to section BR in the ESM for rear brake pad kit replacement information.

CAUTION:

Don't get any grease on the friction surface of the brake pad or rotor.

Step 9

Step 9: Reinstall the Wheels and Lug Nuts.

Tighten lug nuts to 133 N in (14 kg.m, 98 ft.lb) with a Torque Wrench.
