Install the new Torque Members with new Torque Member Bolts (see Figure 4).

Torque members and torque member bolts are included in the Torque Member Kit listed in the Parts Information.
IMPORTANT:

Make sure the torque members are installed on the correct side. They are marked "L" for left side (driver side) and "R" for right side
(passenger side).

Make sure you use the new torque member anchor bolts. Do not reuse the old ones.

Tighten torque member bolts to 210 Nm (21 kg-m ft-lb).
Step 7
Step 7: Install the New Front Brake Pad Kit.

Kit Includes New Brake Pads "Coated" Pad Retainers and Metal Backing Shims.

If the torque members you took off the vehicle are the new version (see Step 5) re-install them on the vehicle.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to use new torque member anchor bolts. Do not reuse the old ones.

Tighten torque member bolts to 210 Nm (21 kg-m 155 ft-lb).
