With the side finisher removed remove the nut shown in Figure 1b.

As you're removing the buckle pre-tensioner carefully guide the harness through the seat openings.

Mark the current location of the tie wrap shown in Figure 2 then cut it off.

NOTE:

Marking the location will help to correctly position the new tie wrap during reassembly.
