Install a new tie-wrap over the taped harness as shown in Figure 10.

The spot you marked in step 5 should be approximately the correct location.
Make sure:

The tie-wrap is approximately 85 mm (3.3 inch) from the center of the buckle mounting hole.
^
The vinyl tape is at least 5 mm (0.2 inch) beyond the tie-wrap.
^
The tie-wrap is tight enough so the wires will not slide (move) under it.
15.
Reinstall the buckle pre-tensioner onto the seat.

Carefully route the new harness back into the seat and secure it in place as follows:
