Attach the buckle pre-tensioner connector to the metal plate under the outboard side (right side) of the seat. Connect it to the center row of
holes as shown in Figure 15 or 15a.

D-1. 2005 model only: Attach the third harness clip into the metal plate in the first hole rearward of the buckle pre-tensioner connector as shown

in Figure 15.

D-2. 2004 model only: Tie-wrap the harness to the support bar approximately 40 mm (1.5 inch) from the back of the buckle pre-tensioner

connector as shown in Figure 15a previously shown..

Reattach all of the seat harness connectors to the metal plate as shown in Figure 15 or 15 a.

F.

Replace the canvas over the wire bundle and wrap three turns with vinyl tape as shown in Figure 15 or 15a.
