IF YOU CONFIRM
^ The rear hatch glass pops open when the doors are unlocked using the remote.
^ The rear hatch glass will not stay closed.
ACTION
^ Replace the rear hatch glass switch assy.
^ Refer to the Service Procedure below for removal and installation details.

SERVICE PROCEDURE
CAUTION:
Use suitable covers to protect upholstery, carpet, paint, etc. when performing this procedure.
Replace the rear hatch glass switch assy. as follows:
1. Remove the rear hatch license lamp finisher.
^ Refer to section EI (for 2004-2007 models) or section EXT (for 2008-2010 models) of the Electronic Service Manual (ESM) for removal procedure.
