REMOVAL

Preparation:. 
Battery negative cable.
1. Air pump drive pulley belt
2. Generator drive belt
3. Cooling fan

If is not necessary to pull out the cooling fan from the vehicle. Keep it in the radiator fan shroud.

4. Water pump pulley
5. AIC compressor drive belt
6

AIC compressor drive belt tensioner

7. Starter motor
8. Crankshaft pulley fixing bolt

Use special tool to remove the pulley fixing bolt.

Flywheel holder: J-38674

9. Crankshaft pulley

10. Timing belt cover
11. Timing belt. Refer to Timing Belt,  See: Timing Components/Timing Belt/Service and Repair  
12. Oil pump drive pulley

Use special tool to remove the oil pump pulley.

Puller: J-22888

13. Oil pump fixing bolts
14. Oil pump

INSPECTION AND REPAIR

Outer Rotor and Cylinder Body Clearance
1. Install the outer rotor to the cylinder body.
