Disconnect throttle position sensor connector and water hoses.

18. Engine harness clip band [16].
19. Fuel injector fixing bolts [17].
20. Fuel injector connector [18].
21. Fuel injector [19].
22. Intake manifold fixing bolts and nuts [20].
23. Intake manifold [21].

INSTALLATION 

To install, follow the removal steps in the reverse order, noting the following points; 
1. Tighten the intake manifold fixing bolts and nuts to 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.).
2. Tighten the fuel injector fixing bolts to 19 Nm (14 ft. lbs.).
3. Tighten the common chamber fixing bolts and nuts to 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.).
4. Tighten the throttle body fixing bolts to 19 Nm (14 ft. lbs).
5. Tighten the EGR pipe flange nut to 44 Nm (33 ft. lbs.).
