Firmly pull the accelerator pedal pad down the rod assembly, until the upper integrated attachment clip of the accelerator pedal pad locks onto the
rod assembly. (Figure 7)

Inspect the underside of the accelerator pedal pad to verify that it is properly attached onto the accelerator rod assembly. (Figure 8)

9.

Inspect the installed accelerator pedal pad for proper positioning. (Figure 9)
