This upgrade is NOT a warrantable repair. This hardware kit and process is not intended to be used to resolve any OnStar(R) service issues other than
the analog/digital change. With the exception of upgrades for customers who qualify under the Special Policy guidelines set forth below, Isuzu Motors
America, Inc. is NOT offering the upgrades that are the subject of this bulletin for free.
All payments for the OnStar(R) upgrade under this Special Policy require prior authorization from your Zone Service and Parts Manager. For a limited
time, Isuzu Motors America, Inc. will be offering free upgrades to customers that meet the following guidelines:

Customer is the initial purchaser/lessee from an Isuzu Dealer, and vehicle is registered as "personal use" only. For confirmation of ownership,
dealership personnel can utilize the subsequent Powertrain validation option in ICS or IsuzuONE.com, contact the Owner Relations Department at
1-800-255-6727, or contact your Zone Service and Parts Manager.

Customer has a subscription through OnStar(R) as of December 2007. Dealer should document the OnStar(R) account number on the Repair Order.
Any "subscription" expense or upgrade charges by OnStar(R) are the responsibility of the Owner.

Any expenses not directly related to the Service Procedure outlined in this bulletin are not covered.

This offer will expire on September 30, 2008.
To process a payment under this special policy, dealers should order and install the Autocraft Electronics upgrade kit as noted above. It is the dealer's
responsibility to verify ownership and document the Repair Order as required. Any customer inquiries regarding this upgrade offer should be directed to
the Owner Relations Department at 1-800-255-6727.

The Autocraft Electronics upgrade kit provided should be claimed under sublet code "AU". As an exception to normal sublet policies, the 40% markup
will be allowed.
