through March, 2004.
Service Information
This bulletin is being revised to update Step 5 of the service procedure and supersedes bulletin SB04-05-S002.
Condition:
Some customers may comment on a pop type sound coming from the rear speakers. This noise occurs when the Rear Seat Audio (RSA) is turned on or
off.
Possible Cause:
The cause of this condition may be internal within the speaker amplifier.
When the TCCM is in the "sleep mode", it will not communicate with the class II bus or the Tech 2.
Correction:
Replace the radio speaker amplifier with P/N 8-15135-032-0.
