Ascender 4WD V8-5.3L (2004)
25. Remove the 2 lower bellhousing bolts.
26. Remove the oil pan bolts.
27. Remove the oil pan.
Important: DO NOT allow foreign material to enter the oil passages of the oil pan, cap or cover the openings as required.
28. Drill out the oil pan gasket retaining rivets (2), if required.
29. Remove the gasket (1) from the pan.
30. Discard the gasket and rivets.
31. Clean and inspect the oil pan.
