3. Lower or remove steering column from vehicle.

Secure steering column to modular column holding fixture J 41352.

Modular Column Holding Fixture

-

Place holding fixture into vise.

Inspect 
Steering shaft assembly for accident damage.

4. Two pan head tapping screws from lower shroud.
5. Lower shroud.

-

Tilt shroud down and slide back to disengage locking tabs.

6. Two torx head screws from upper shroud.

Removing Upper Shroud

7. Remove the upper shroud.
8. Remove shift lever.
