1. Install the brake pipe to the vehicle.
2. Loosely install the brake pipe nut to the flex brake hose.

1. If installing the right front brake pipe, loosely install the brake pipe nut at the connection.
2. Check the routing of the brake pipe to make sure it does not rub against a moving part.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the brake pipe nut.

Tighten
Tighten the brake pipe nut to 17 Nm (13 ft. lbs.) 

3. Lower the vehicle.

4. Loosely install the brake pipe nut to the brake modulator assembly.
5. Check the routing of the brake pipe to make sure it does not rub against a moving part.
6. Install the brake pipe nut to the brake modulator assembly. Refer to Brake Pressure Modulator Valve (BPMV) Replacement.
7. Install the brake Pipe nut to flex hose.

Tighten
Tighten the brake pipe nut to 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.) 

8. Install the brake pipe clips.
9. Connect the harness to brake fluid reservoir.

10. Bleed the brake system. Refer to Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding or Automated Bleed Procedure.
11. Install the front tire and wheel assembly.
12. Lower the vehicle.
