1. Install the air inlet assembly gasket (1), if necessary.
2. Install the air inlet assembly (2).

NOTE:  Refer to Fastener note in Cautions and notes.

3. Install the air inlet assembly mounting studs (3).

Tighten
Tighten the studs to 4.5 N.m (40 lb in).

4. Install the body harness connector (C203) support bracket to the lower 2 air inlet assembly mounting studs.
5. Install the bracket mounting nuts. 

Tighten
Tighten the nuts to 9.0 N.m (80 lb in).

6. Install the vacuum connectors.
7. Install the instrument panel. Refer to IP Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
