3. Install the right and the left vent grille end panels to the cowl.
Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).
4. Install the windshield wiper arms. Refer to Wiper Arm Replacement in Windshield Wiper/washer System (Pulse).
