NOTE: Refer to Fastener Note in Service Precautions.
3. Connect the heater inlet hose bracket bolt.
Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 10 N.m 88 lb in).
4. Install the heater inlet hose clamps.
5. Connect the heater outlet hose to the heater core.
6. Connect the heater outlet hose to the engine.
7. Install the heater outlet hose bracket nut and the washer.
Tighten
Tighten the nut to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
8. Install the heater outlet hose clamps.
9. Install the engine coolant.
10. Check the system for leaks.
